Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed global organization.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
- OR equivalent experience.
- Curiosity, collaboration mindset, and a passion for solving real-world customer problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational workstreams with high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Data handling and reporting skills with proven experience in managing sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, CoPilot, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and OneNote.
- Ability to work independently, escalate appropriately, and collaborate across teams with a clear sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Experience with Microsoft internal tools such as MS Space and Employee Central.
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Rhythm of Business Leadership
- Manage and continuously improve the FD&E RoB calendar, ensuring all critical business processes and reviews are executed with rigor and transparency.
- Lead the planning, facilitation, and consolidation of Delivery Health Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), collaborating with the FD&E Leadership Team to surface insights, track progress, and drive accountability.
- Develop and maintain mechanisms for capturing and acting on feedback from RoB participants, ensuring the process evolves to meet the needs of a growing and changing organization.
OKR Definition, Tracking, and Reporting
- Partner with FD&E leadership to define clear, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Establish and manage processes for regular OKR tracking, reporting, and course correction, ensuring that progress is visible and celebrated, and blockers are addressed proactively.
- Integrate OKR outcomes into business reviews and communications, reinforcing a culture of results and continuous improvement.
Executive Communications & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events such as FD&E Townhalls, the annual FD&E Summit, and Leadership Team (LT) Offsites, ensuring these forums drive engagement, alignment, and inspiration.
- Work closely with leaders to develop compelling narratives and presentations that communicate strategy, progress, and impact to diverse audiences.
- Manage logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions for all major events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value for participants.
SharePoint Content Strategy & Curation
- Own the FD&E SharePoint site, curating and publishing content that informs, engages, and inspires the entire Microsoft community.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to source, edit, and organize content, ensuring it is accessible, relevant, and aligned with FD&E’s mission and values.
- Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve the site’s effectiveness as a communication and engagement platform.
Continuous Improvement & Growth Mindset
- Champion a culture of learning and growth, encouraging experimentation, reflection, and adaptation in all aspects of the Rhythm of Business.
- Stay current on practices in business operations, program management, and communications, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
