Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Execution and Performance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting business and data analytics, tracking business performance to targets and providing useful insights to drive growth in the Surface business. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and the ability to inform business performance decision-making through data and storytelling. Building platforms and AI solutions to drive productivity in business tracking and decision-making will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building and rolling out scalable platforms and/or AI solutions to drive business and decision-making capabilities.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Business acumen to analyze business operations and financial health.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Building data analytics capabilities to clearly articulate the health of the Surface business and opportunities for growth. Use data to conduct research and analysis to identify and scope new program opportunities and enhancements.
- Track success metrics and business performance aligned with program goals.
- Communicate program strategies and impact using storytelling and data visualization to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead multiple projects, managing timelines, milestones, and financial outcomes.
- Analyze performance data to generate insights for monthly business reviews.
- Monitor program health using dashboards and scorecards, highlighting risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
- Drive operational mastery through process design, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Find opportunities to leverage AI to synthesize large data sets into tangible and actionable tasks, using influence to spin up cross-functional program teams to enhance growth in the Surface business.
