Overview
We’re seeking a leader to drive the influencer strategy for our Microsoft 365 Copilot influencer early access program. This role, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Influencer Early Access Program, will drive Microsoft’s leadership in the productivity AI space by building and scaling an early access program that empowers creators to showcase new Copilot features before public launch.
You will manage the end-to-end influencer experience——identifying and onboarding creators, enabling early access to Copilot innovations, and amplifying authentic stories that shape public perception and accelerate adoption. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI & experimenting with new product, is fluent in influencer culture, confident presenting to external audiences, and passionate about connecting product innovation with real-world impact.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Product Marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Product Marketing OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building and scaling influencer or creator programs that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Experience presenting to external audiences and shaping public narratives.
- Experience utilizing data and insights to drive program strategy.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in Product Marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in Product Marketing OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working successfully cross functionally.
- Experience with AI products and technologies.
- Experience developing enablement resources and guidance that empower creators to confidently showcase new features.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leadership to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for new features that will drive the perception of Microsoft as a leader in AI & will appeal broadly to influencers.
- Test & evaluate upcoming features for influencer readiness and create clear, actionable guidance to support their value.
- Lead onboarding and demo sessions to ensure influencers are confident and capable of showcasing new capabilities.
- Identify new influencers & strategically evaluate how to expand the program.
- Drive always-on communications with influencers, including regular check-ins and proactive updates.
- Coordinate embargoed pre-briefings with public relations (PR) to prepare influencers for upcoming announcements and feature launches.
- Track and maintain an up-to-date list of active influencers, including evaluating their impact, reach, and promotion of the program.
- Build and manage a feedback loop between influencers and engineering to inform product development.
