Are you ready to bring your leadership qualities into one of Microsoft’s most dynamic and high-performing regions? As the Customer Success Unit Leader for Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, you’ll be at the forefront of cloud innovation, AI transformation, and strategic customer engagement. This is more than a management role - it’s a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of customer success in a market experiencing rapid growth and investment, including the launch of a new Azure data centre.

You’ll be empowered to coach, innovate, and lead with purpose - developing not just your team, but your own executive presence and strategic acumen.

With over 17,000 employees worldwide, the Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft’s end-to-end customer experience.
