As a Global Channel Partner Tech Sales - Chief of Staff for the Global Channel Partner Tech Sales team, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to the Tech Sales Leadership Team. You will collaborate with the broader Small, Medium Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organizations to drive transformation of the partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include leading short- and long-term business planning, optimizing operations and processes, and delivering actionable business insights. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing a unified partner-facing communication strategy, working closely with executives to ensure consistent and impactful engagement.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience demonstrating strategic and operational excellence through capable analytical and financial skills, leadership and stakeholder management.
- Experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 15+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with tech sales discipline.
- Experience with building strategy for channel partners.
Business Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Strategic execution, planning & change management: Key contributor and influencer of the business strategy through account planning, regional reviews, monthly & quarterly executive reviews, and other initiatives. Ensure planning, landing and reviews of prioritized business commitments are accomplished.
- Executive office management: Lead cross-functional and strategic projects to support the executive leader and drive measurable results that deliver business impact for the broad organization. Support strategic planning process, rhythm of business, coordinate executive partner meeting briefs, action items, and other executive office functions.
- Business Operations Excellence: Trusted change advisor and a thought leader around topics such as compliance, readiness, training, organizational policy education, and operating with a high bar of quality around streamlined end to end processes.
- Financial Management: Lead fiscal planning processes for revenue & OPEX, in partnership with finance and in alignment with GPS guidance. Review business performance and support financial management of the team’s budgets. Ensure leader accountability for revenue and operational expenditure (OpEx) forecast accuracy.
- People & Culture: Drive sustained, pervasive connections and conversations across the organization to improve the teams Thrive score deliver better employee experience and organizational performance.
