Digital Enterprise Sales (DES), part of Microsoft’s Global Enterprise Sales, helps customers realize the benefits of the full Microsoft Cloud by building a digital-first, globally coordinated organization with partners. We are modernizing our sales approach, with Global Enterprise Sales aiming to achieve Microsoft and customer goals, with a focus on AI and Copilot, business process, and Security.

We seek a Digital Enterprise Specialist with expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) to serve key enterprise customers. This role focuses on advancing Microsoft's business priorities by selling cloud services and supporting digital transformation for customers, partners, and Microsoft.

The Digital Enterprise Sales team at Microsoft focuses on assisting customers in utilizing Microsoft Cloud services. Using a connected sales and marketing platform, the team applies marketing insights to engage with customers digitally and address their business needs.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver integrated end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within enterprise accounts.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in technology sales or account management.
  • Accurate, disciplined operator skilled in business forecasting and pipeline management.
  • 2+ years of experience in solution sales or consulting services sales.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships while maintaining operational and sales excellence through planning, opportunity management, communication, and partner engagement.
  • Experience selling cloud-based CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS business applications.
  • Build BDM networks, identify key customer goals and digital opportunities, and demonstrate added value from proposed solutions.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $72,600 - CAD $112,700 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Enable our customers to achieve better engagement and satisfaction through excellent digital sales.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and uphold accurate reporting of essential metrics.
  • Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment to manage customer opportunities, deliver consistent experiences, support customer objectives, and provide value throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Sales Execution – Provides leadership in advising customers on digital transformation, removes barriers with stakeholders, and accelerates deal closures through strategic planning and collaboration to ensure predictable results.
  • Scaling & Collaboration – Drives sales closure by coordinating internal stakeholders and strengthening partner relationships.
  • Subject Matter Expertise – Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to drive Microsoft Cloud consumption and adoption for business outcomes.
  • Manages the complete sales and delivery process for the assigned territory; performs account forecasting and develops portfolio and territory plans in line with strategic priorities, aiming to maintain client satisfaction.
