We are hiring a Corporate Accounting & SAP Financial Structure Analyst to be part of building out a working framework to ensure our financial reporting structure and transaction spreading is future proofed for the next decade and beyond.
The Finance Data Governance team delivers best in class support on SAP processes that keep Finance running while driving improvements in our master data tools. Our goal is to be the center of knowledge for SAP information for Finance and the premier business partner for Engineering. Ensuring the integrity of our Financials is at the forefront of everything we do.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) experince working in a matrix based originzation
- 3+ years experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) concepts and compliance requirements
- 3+ years experience with SAP ECC and/or S4 Finance modules and functionality
Accounting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft’s financial reporting structure, including its systems, data flows, and organizational intricacies
- Approach complex financial data challenges with curiosity and analytical rigor to support evolving reporting requirements
- Leverage and master Microsoft’s AI technologies to capture, organize, and disseminate financial knowledge across the Finance organization
- Partner with Engineering and Finance leadership to design scalable data structures that align with business goals and reporting needs
- Translate financial reporting puzzles into actionable solutions that improve transparency and decision-making
- Continuously seek knowledge through cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and hands-on exploration.
- Apply proficient planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
