Overview
The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, a collaborator, and have communication, organizational and people skills. They will also be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. They will perform a variety of complex administrative functions all while keeping a good balance of supporting their teams and being a significant part of the larger CXP administrative team.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
- Experience coordinating complex events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Experience managing sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion, professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Executives, Executive Business Administrators, and key business partners.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft internal tools such as Cytric, MyExpense, Employee Central, and Procure Web.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic alliances across internal and external stakeholders.
- Balanced skill profile including diligence, problem solving, organization, and time management.
- Prior Microsoft experience preferred.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Based on a deep knowledge of business and executive needs, you will provide highly strategic calendar management. You’ll also maintain strategic alliances inside and outside the company by proactively driving communication between executives, central teams, and other business partners.
- You’ll showcase leadership by demonstrating executive presence, fostering high standards and team success.
- You will provide strategic oversight into event vision and manage overall events, including communication, and resource allocation. You’ll also own expense management, partnering with finance for accurate tracking and reporting.
- You will oversee procurement of goods and services, including equipment and peripherals, while staying within the allotted budget. You will also support headcount transactions including NTE accuracy, requisition management, PCN updates, and attrition tracking. In addition, you will own end-to-end onboarding for new hires and coordinate team space planning and moves.
- Working with your executive leader, you will drive the annual Rhythm of Business (ROB) and manage team readiness and workload.
- You will work with Executive Travel to coordinate travel arrangements for your manager. This will involve creating detailed itineraries, managing all travel logistics and documents.
- You will partner closely with the CXP Lead Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff on operational and team issues as required.
