Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • 3+ years experience contributing to a product in the finance and/or supply chain area.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 15+ years experience in product marketing OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years people management experience.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross functional alignment
  • 6+ years experience in the ERP industry.

Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full stack product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the ERP category, including positioning, messaging, value proposition, competitive analysis and integrated campaign activation.
  • Drive thought leadership for AI Business Solutions by leading strategic engagements with industry analysts and leveraging channels such as blogs, webinars, events, and social media.
  • Partner with senior product management leaders to provide customer feedback, market insights and marketing requirements to shape product roadmap.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to enable readiness and pipeline generation delivering sales content, tools, training and best practices.
  • Partner with other product marketing leaders to create integrated stories that showcase the transformative value of AI Business Solutions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of product marketing managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and inclusion.
