Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software development experience, especially in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) or compiled languages (e.g., C, C#, Go).
  • Strong customer-facing experience in envisioning, planning, designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of modern software and systems architecture (e.g., microservices, caching, distributed systems).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting distributed systems and monitoring techniques.
  • Solid grasp of OS-level concepts (e.g., processes, memory, networking) and debugging skills.
  • Experience in team collaboration, project coordination, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Proven success in delivering technical solutions aligned with customer business needs.
  • Practical experience with large-scale online systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and flexibility in resolving customer challenges.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred.
  • Technical certifications are a plus (MCSD/MCAD/MCSE/AZ-204/AI-102)

Areas of Expertise:

  • Object-Oriented Programming and Design.
  • Technical Design Patterns.
  • SQL Programming.
  • .NET 9.0/Core (ASP.NET, Web API, PowerShell, MVC, TFS/GitHub).
  • Azure PaaS and services (e.g., Service Fabric, Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Service Bus, Functions, API Management, SQL).
  • Cloud technologies (preferably Azure Full Stack).
  • Development for various platforms (e.g., Mobile, IoT).
  • Programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Java, React, Angular).
  • Application Lifecycle Management (e.g., Agile, TFS).
  • Solution Architecture (e.g., SOA, Enterprise Architecture).
  • Security and IAM (e.g., Conditional Access, Encryption, DLP, Secure Coding).
  • Security techniques (e.g., modern authentication, resilient coding, cryptography).
  • Security tools (e.g., Azure Security Center, Sentinel, Metasploit, Burp Suite).

Good-to-have skills:

  • Industry vertical knowledge (e.g., Retail, Banking, Telecom).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Solutions, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, GitHub Copilot, and LangChain.
