Overview
Come build the sales force of the future with us! We’re looking for a Business Program Manager - Worldwide Learning to lead the design and delivery execution of our skilling strategy for Rewards and Recognition. This program motivates learners through contests, and quarterly skills challenges. This role is pivotal in shaping how sellers engage with learning—making it timely, relevant, and fun.
You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of program managers who develop skilling experiences for Microsoft’s global sales organization (MCAPS). Your mission: build the processes and plans that inspire learners to participate in skilling through engaging challenges and meaningful rewards.
This role is not just about learning—it’s about creating moments of joy, achievement, and community. You’ll help sellers build confidence, grow their skills, and feel recognized for their efforts. You’ll be at the heart of a movement to make learning a celebration, not a chore.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of enterprise learning program management including any of the following: Gamification learning experiences, or Sales skilling and learning experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager in a technology focused environment
- General understanding of legal and operational considerations for global contests and sweepstakes.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and uncertainty and influence without authority.
- Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills – known as a great communicator with the ability to synthesize the complex
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or experience commensurate with job expectations for this position is required
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead Quarterly Skills Challenges
Lead a x-functional v-team to define the end-to-end strategy and delivery of quarterly challenges that align with business priorities. Work across Sales Skilling colleagues to coordinate launch and landing, and drive participation through compelling storytelling and incentives. - Gamify the quarterly Learning Experience
Introduce game mechanics, including but not limited to digital badges and tiered recognition to boost engagement and completion rates. - Drive Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with program managers, content creators, operations, and legal to ensure seamless execution. Influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity. - Measure Impact and Continuously Improve
Track participation, completion, and learner sentiment. Use data to refine strategies and inform future planning.
