Join the Innovation Hub worldwide team, driving impact across the globe with 40 Hub locations. The Innovation Hub teams in the field deliver deep technical engagements focused on business outcomes. Senior architects drive customer AI transformation – from problem exploration to technical proof of concepts– with a journey of highly tailored single or multi-day engagements.
You will join an established program staffed with an extraordinary team of technologists and creatives running one of the world’s broadest and most impactful executive technical sales programs. You’ll deliver into a worldwide community of exceptional peers, with access to the latest software and hardware, and you’ll be given the time and budget to develop as a globally strategic program manager.
The Business Architect – AI & Agentic AI acts as an advisor to senior leadership and leader to the Hub community on a strategic approach for AI and Agentic AI at the Microsoft Innovation Hub, to accelerate customer AI Transformation impact and scale. This role requires expertise in this area, with market awareness to inform strategic Hub AI Transformation, AI & Agentic AI, sales strategy and planning decisions. Collaborates with business, platform, and tools experts to provide guidance needed to develop the necessary tools & frameworks, aligned with the overall AI Acceleration sales strategy and customer journey. Acts as an Agentic AI subject matter expert and refines landing strategies to apply to the Hub operating model. Synthesizes findings into insights across sales projects, including implications that inform Hub sales go-to-market objectives, aligned across the larger Innovation & Acceleration team, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions and proactively identifying expansive ideas for field and partner Hub sales strategy. Coaches and guides others in collecting and interpreting market-based research including researching existing business and identifying new spaces for Hub sales strategies and solution areas. Proactively identifies complex roadblocks and addresses them.
This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft's AI go to market strategy and Microsoft organization, the ability to envision frameworks and programs that facilitate accelerating AI Transformation outcomes by the Microsoft Innovation Hub field organization, being embedded in the sales cycle and following the MCEM methodology, leading to excelling in addressing customer and industry needs.

Qualifications
Capabilities & Skills:
- The ability to convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, identifying patterns and themes, and fostering problem-solving that align with strategic business objectives.
- Utilizing an understanding of business needs and opportunities across market, industry, and competition with customer and field insights to manage and prioritize business growth opportunities.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
Minimum 2 years' experience working with AI & Agentic AI
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND
- 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience
Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities
Innovation Hub AI & Agentic AI Strategy Project/Program Leadership:
- Develops, drives, and executes an AI and Agentic AI strategy for the Innovation Hub, to accelerate customer AI Transformation impact and leads projects/programs and teams across organizational boundaries through defining plans, goals, deliverables, feedback, resource balancing, and timing expectations, bringing AI Agents to live in the Innovation Hub model.
- Proactively identifies roadblocks and addresses them. Initiates and drives multiple projects and topic areas including project plans, recommendations, impact, and syndication across groups. Identifies, evaluates, and proposes new project work/deals based on unmet needs.
Innovation Hub AI and Agentic AI Sales Strategy Landing:
- Acts as a subject matter expert and defines landing Hub strategies across various Microsoft sales and planning activities (e.g., Consulting Sales Strategy, Sales Model, Pre-Sales Model, Account and Territory Planning, etc.).
- Collaborates with Field and Corporate leaders to identify planning focus areas and cases for change.
- Integrates change management communicated by senior level stakeholders, and ensures compliance. Leads, manages, and adjusts plans and plays to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Addresses high-level escalations from field and corporate stakeholders. Ensures continuous improvement by providing feedback to product team.
Problem Solving and Insights:
- Synthesizes findings into insights across sales projects, including implications that inform sales go-to-market objectives, leveraging executive presence to influence decisions and proactively identifying expansive ideas for field and partner sales strategy.
- Leverages insights to develop recommendations and seeks to provide thought leadership (e.g., sales trend identification, implications of competitor moves, solution area gaps) around potential future growth opportunities and strategic issues for Microsoft sales processes.
- Creates frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights.
- Shares best practices with peers.
