We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Azure Solution Specialist to join our Cloud & AI team in Denmark. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative, and diverse group of 10 Azure Specialists who collectively cover FSI, Manufacturing & Public Sector, ensuring a wide breadth of expertise and perspective within the team. This specific position will focus on serving the Public Sector, working closely with government organizations and public institutions to drive their digital transformation journeys.

While your primary focus will be on the Public Sector, you will not be working alone—there are other specialists within the team who also dedicate their efforts to public sector clients, offering support, sharing insights, and collaborating on projects to maximize impact. Our team is made up of both early-in-career professionals and seasoned experts, fostering an environment where fresh ideas meet deep experience. We work hard, support each other, and have fun while doing it, making a real impact across Denmark’s public sector landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND relevant years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Proficiency in Danish

Experience:

  • Proven track record of software and consulting sales experience
  • Public Sector experience a plus
  • Knowledge and relevant experience of the entire sales process, from qualifying use cases, where you will own sales process from qualified use case to securing customer commitment for implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading and contributing to virtual teams (v-teams), including account executives, solution engineers, cloud solution architects, and partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with public sector customers to understand their strategic priorities and challenges.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure Cloud, AI, and Data technologies to help customers modernize their (Adaptive) infrastructure, improve citizen services, and achieve digital transformation.
  • Lead and contribute to virtual teams (v-teams) across Microsoft—including account executives, solution engineers, cloud solution architects, and partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, from IT leaders to business stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable cloud strategies and guide them through their cloud journey.
  • Stay current with industry trends, Microsoft’s cloud roadmap, and competitive offerings.
  • Is part of the the entire sales process, from qualifying use cases, where you will own sales process from qualified use case to securing customer commitment for implementation.
  • Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Cloud & AI sales Rep
  • Build & maintain the required range of qualified pipeline coverage
  • Deliver the One Microsoft narrative and solution pitches to C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers.
  • Orchestrate business value + technical solution demos to align with the customers’ desired business outcomes and solution requirements.
  • Actively and regularly engage in sales community calls/channels and share learnings and best practices.
