The Security Solution Journey team is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive planning and strengthen field marketing alignment. In this role, you will act as the bridge between strategy and execution—leading planning cycles, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that every milestone, from executive briefings to partner deliverables, is executed with precision and leverages Copilot efficiencies. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience defining planning processes and rythms of business to support marketing teams, including global execution through Field Marketing.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Lead bi-annual planning cycles and manage the fiscal calendar across teams; prepare executive-ready content for leadership reviews.
  • Operational Leadership: Own the team’s Rhythm of Business, standardize planning tools, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Advise leaders, align journey plans with field and marketing priorities, and manage briefing content.
  • Field Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with field teams, lead two annual engagement events, and manage a virtual team to drive execution.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee content planning and governance, coordinate delivery with internal teams and vendors, and track engagement.
  • Budget Management: Lead budget planning and compliance, manage vendor contracts and approvals, and ensure fiscal discipline.
