Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, and Independent Hardware Vendors (IHV) who are building the next generation of Copilot+ devices to build and execute scale co-engineering and device user experience programs. You will be is a key enabler for Microsoft, and our partners surfacing key data for engineering teams to produce the best-in-class Copilot+ PCs for our shared customers.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience independently leading cross-functional programs, negotiate product plans, resolve blockers, and manage partner communications and expectations.
- Proficiency in Windows OS platform technologies, including system architecture, drivers, and hardware integration, with experience enabling coordinated OEM update strategies.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience across organizational boundaries, with a track record of delivering results through cooperation, coordination, and prioritization in complex environments.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of collaboration across diverse disciplines and with external partners.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements.
- Experience effective driving diverse v-teams across geographic regions.
- Experience working with ecosystem hardware partners at multiple levels in an organization (working teams to leadership teams).
- Passion for driving quality through customer obsession, curiosity, and a bias for action with a data-driven approach
- Experience communcating and presenting both in-person and using collaboration technology like Microsoft Teams and PowerBI.
Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define end-to-end solutions enabling scale hardware co-engineering and device-based user experience evaluation programs.
- Advance Windows software and hardware product improvement with Microsoft engineering teams and ecosystem partners by generating and aggregating user experience data to generate insights that identify potential gaps and areas of opportunity.
- Develop the execution plan, key performance indicators, and milestones.
- Drive execution of the program.
- Develop and maintain program reports to track progress and surface key operational insights for internal and external stakeholders.
