Integrated Marketing fuels this transformation—crafting end-to-end customer journeys that spark interest, accelerate acquisition, and deepen engagement across the Microsoft Cloud. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Azure Migration to join the Microsoft Cloud & AI Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead integrated marketing programs that support one of Azure’s top commercial priorities: migrating foundational workloads from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. You will build digital-first, full-funnel marketing campaigns that guide customers from awareness through consideration to action—using channels like web, blog, social, webinars, events, and video to deliver a connected experience and measurable impact. This role it focuses on driving engagement, acquisition, and Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) through orchestrated, channel-led marketing programs. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Field, Engineering, and Channel teams to bring the migration story to life through customer-centric storytelling and technical thought leadership.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience working in B2B or technology marketing, preferably in cloud or infrastructure.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for Azure migration priorities, working in partnership with Infrastructure Product Marketing to align to top business goals.
  • Design and deliver full-funnel, digital-first campaigns across web, blog, social, webinars, events, and video—highlighting Azure innovation, customer value, and trends like AI-ready infrastructure and cost optimization.
  • Develop customer journeys and content strategies that resonate with technical decision-makers, guiding them through the funnel and into action.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Channel teams to align plans with business goals, incorporate market dynamics, and amplify infrastructure solutions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, using insights and research to inform messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy.
  • Partner with analytics teams to track performance, optimize programs in real time, and report on impact across engagement, contact acquisition, and Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR).
  • Contribute to quarterly and fiscal planning by identifying investment opportunities and growth levers that focus and prioritize marketing execution.
