​​Enterprise Voice is a strategic customer advisory program that enables and accelerates the success of Data Cloud customers and product teams. Members of the Enterprise Voice team work closely with enterprise customers and with leaders across multiple product teams in high-impact, high-visibility engagements.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual contributor to join the Enterprise Voice team, and to help scale and expand the program. In this role you will be responsible for establishing and building relationships, understanding and communicating complex customer requirements, completing qualitative and quantitative research, and inspiring stakeholders across the Data Cloud org to action through effective storytelling.

We’re looking for a Principal Program Manager that has deep hands-on technical experience with data estate implementations, and will understand what senior business and technical decision-makers in enterprise organizations look for as they invest in data and analytics platforms and services. The ideal candidate will also have experience shipping commercial software, and understand the complexities of delivering customer-delighting products and services. Although this is primarily a non-technical role, we’re looking for someone who has “been there and done that” and who can engage in depth with both customer and product group stakeholders on a broad range of strategic and tactical topics.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years professional experience communicating with C-level business decision makers and their requirements for modern data and BI solutions​

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • ​​Background in management consulting, ability to communicate and relate to customers at the C-level
  • 5+ years implementing building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software products or services
  • Deep understanding of the capabilities and implementation of databases, business intelligence suites and data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively to define and communicate strategic goals
  • Ability to work independently to achieve strategic goals
  • 10+ years implementing data and analytics solutions using Microsoft products and services
  • Intentionally inclusive of others
  • Passion for learning new technologies and understanding the needs of diverse users
  • Curious, data driven, and able to self-start in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment​

Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
