Overview

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Ecosystem team aims to revolutionize human productivity by developing the next generation of AI agents. We are leading a transformative shift by designing and delivering intelligent solutions that empower users and organizations. Our team shapes the future of the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform by fostering a thriving ecosystem of developers, partners, and customers to build, deploy, and scale AI-powered agents that solve real-world problems.

As an Ecosystem Product Manager and AI agent builder, you will play a key role in this transformation. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design to develop Copilot agents and extensibility features that unlock new scenarios and business value. You will design and build innovative AI agents on the Copilot platform, including agent templates for makers and bespoke solutions in partnership with leading companies and partners, creating AI solutions that are deeply integrated into their workflows and deliver measurable business impact.

We’re looking for a high-agency, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager based in London, UK who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast and is passionate about generative AI. In this role, you’ll lead technical envisioning, scenario design, and solution delivery for Copilot agents, while helping shape platform strategy, improve developer experiences, and accelerate ecosystem growth. You’ll work directly with customers, developers, and engineering teams to build and deploy high-impact agent solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who actively uses generative AI in their workflows and has a track record of rapid prototyping and experimentation. You are comfortable pivoting from building solutions to navigating executive-level discussions, managing escalations, and driving ROI-focused engagements with customers. You bring a strong product mindset, technical fluency, and a collaborative, “learn-it-all” attitude to every challenge.

If you are excited about building the future of work, influencing the evolution of agentic AI systems, and working with top-tier talent across Microsoft and the broader AI community, we would love to hear from you.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience building/designing AI applications and agents, including use of conversational UX, agent frameworks, and platforms like GPT and Copilot.
  • Demonstrated technical depth with solutions leveraging generative AI, LLMs, or cloud services architecture through shipped products or solutions.
  • Previous experience with proven success in working on customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Experience presenting and explaining product and technology topics in-depth to executive and technical audiences.
  • Hands on experience with AI tools like Copilot Studio, M365 Agent SDK, Replit, Cursor, LangChain, LllamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Auto-GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Claude, or similar is a must.

  • Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Copilot extensibility platform, advising internal teams and external developers on best practices, architecture, and roadmap alignment.
  • Signal Amplification: Capture insights from customers and partners—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next—and channel them into product strategy, backlog prioritization, and long-term engineering investments.
  • Operate with Velocity: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, make decisions with incomplete information, and execute with urgency. You’ll be expected to lead without waiting for permission.
