We are looking for a talented engineer who will work on cross-platform Microsoft 365 products with a variety of technologies, predominantly React Native and C++ for this role.

This requires great strategic and creative thinking as well as an ability to understand the customer, technology, challenges and opportunities. Our Microsoft 365 OMEX team are looking for a great Software Engineer to drive and define this transition & foster an engineering culture that has customer-centered services & releases as part of its core DNA.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Industry experience designing, building, testing & shipping software.
  • Experience developing components with C++ (working knowledge required).
  • Experience building libraries or apps, SDKs, and other development platform components, preferably using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience in building and evolving web applications and / or cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in fast paced environment.
  • An ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing with React Native, preferably for cross-platform projects.
  • Experience developing with C++, preferably cross-platform library or application projects.
