We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who thrives in fast paced, dynamic environments. This Senior Finance Manager role will quarterback various ROB processes to inform and influence across revenue finance teams. If you have the ability to effectively communicate to leaders, influence stakeholders and possess proficient analytical skills and business intuition, then you are a great candidate for this position.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proven Excel and modeling skills
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a business that evolves at fast pace
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed
  • Proficient partnering capabilities, collaborative and inclusive when working with others
  • Synthesize and communicate analyses and reporting; provide insight to leaders

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CPI Revenue rhythms for the finance team by closely partnering with the Microsoft Central Finance teams, our Cloud+AI, Modern Work and Security and BizApps Revenue team and other v-team members. You'll guide them through our various processes by creating clarity on deliverable expectations, frameworks and workback plans.
  • Manage our communication rhythm and content to Microsoft’s CFO and finance leadership on risks and opportunities within the engineering CPI Revenue portfolio.
  • Drive development and consolidation of the CPI Revenue. You’ll partner with finance contacts and own the process for continual update and improvements.
