As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence across USPSI. You’ll support business execution through data-driven insights, partner collaboration, and streamlined reporting. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI, integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources to support business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance.
Sales Excellence IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities
You will build and maintain reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support pipeline health, sales performance, and business planning.
- You will support the execution of a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB), including business reviews, scorecard tracking, and performance assessments.
- You will own and standardize the Rhythm of Business (ROB) through MSXI views in partnership with the Business and Sales Operations (BSO) team. Identify and curate reporting to support leadership meetings, and help develop new MSXI views that surface actionable insights and propel the business forward.
- You will reinforce sales excellence discipline and governance across USPSI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s sales methodology and public sector compliance standards.
- You will lead and drive strategic special projects that enable the organization to advance business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new opportunities for impact across USPSI.
- You will identify and implement improvements in sales programs and processes to enhance efficiency and impact across the USPSI organization.

You will work closely with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) and field teams to support partner-led growth and co-sell motions across the USPSI Operating Units (OUs).
