As a Business Program Manager Frontier Finance, you’ll run the operating system for Frontier Finance—turning strategy into predictable execution, reliable tools, and visible business outcomes across the function. You’ll enable data driven decisions with a clear Key Performance Indicator( KPI) framework, streamline how work gets done on our team, and land change with crisp communications and readiness. You’ll continuously improve the processes that power our mission, strengthen the reliability and efficiency of our tools and applications, and raise the bar on customer engagement. Along the way, you’ll deepen your analytics craft, scale process excellence with cross functional partners, and grow as a leader who turns ambiguity into momentum. This is an onsite hybrid role based in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program/operations management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of driving cross-functional programs within Finance, Finance Ops, or analytics platform teams with demonstrated ownership of metrics, ROB and change management landing at Manager+ level.
- Technical fluency with Microsoft platforms used in enterprise learning and Finance scenarios, including:
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint content architecture, Teams delivery
- Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for learning analytics and outcome dashboards
- Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) to streamline learning workflows and capture telemetry
- Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and operating reporting/metrics frameworks in a finance or technology environment.
- Hands on experience maintaining operational tools/applications and driving process optimization across teams.
- Proven organizational and project management skills; clear written/oral communication for operational landing.
- Experience running ROB for multiteam
- Structured problem‑solving (Lean/Six Sigma), and change management (Prosci).
- Proven ability to operate with agility in a dynamic environment—adjusting priorities, scope, and approach quickly based on evolving business needs or direction from leadership, while maintaining clarity and stakeholder alignment.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Design and run the operating cadence (intake, prioritization, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Rhythm of Business (ROB)) that turns Frontier Finance priorities into predictable delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain a KPI framework and dashboard to track program health, adoption, and tool reliability; use insights to drive decisions and backlog priorities.
- Improve reliability and efficiency of tools and applications by defining Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLOs/SLAs), managing incidents with owners, and coordinating releases with clear readiness and communications.
- Lead operational readiness for executive and customer engagements by standardizing pre briefs, run of show, and materials to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Partner cross functionally to streamline processes, document decisions and tradeoffs, and manage risks to unblock progress quickly.
- Publish concise program updates across Finance channels—highlighting status, risks, and wins—to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
