Overview
The Treasury Operations team is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Manager to lead key operational functions supporting Microsoft’s investment portfolio. This role ensures operational integrity across trade settlements, foreign exchange, and share buyback programs.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AND 5+ years experience with background in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with investment instruments and security types, OR equivalent experience.
- Must be available to support East Coast trading hours.

- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to large audiences.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and leading projects independently.
- Demonstrated experience in communication and business partnering skills.
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for financial innovation and AI adoption.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for trade confirmations, settlements, fixed income, share buybacks, cash reconciliations, and corporate actions.
- Conduct daily data integrity reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage relationships with custody banks, system vendors, accounting teams, trading counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee collateral management activities in coordination with legal and counterparty agreements.
- Champion best practices aligned with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
