We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, Windows Agentic OS Platform to help us evolve Windows into the most secure platform for agents and computer-use agents (CUAs). This team is at the forefront of infusing AI and agentic capabilities deeply into the Windows operating system and developer platform—pushing boundaries on what it means to build adaptive, intelligent, and secure user experiences at scale and drive developer adoption of Windows platform.

Candidates should be data-driven, willing to go deep to understand customer pain points, unmet needs, and make strategic recommendations to shape the product roadmap, advocate for right feature prioritization that drives business outcome. You will be a self-starter and have experience working with developers, commercial customers and a knack to translate complex technical capabilities to simple and clear value props, enabling marketing, sales and Public Relations (PR) partners to deliver compelling customer-driven stories.

Collaboration is vital. You will be an adept at cross-functional partnership, earning the trust of partners in Engineering, Marketing, User research and Data Science. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, commercial, or privacy-preserving user experiences.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product-market fit, value proposition and product differentiation that will drive local Agentic interactions on Windows and increase developer willingness to adopt Windows platform
  • Drive market research to understand developer needs and partner with Product Management/ Engineering to shape the platform roadmap and feature prioritization for Agentic capabilities
  • Understand competitor strengths, weaknesses, and Microsoft’s positioning.
  • Share insights to interpret opportunities and risks.
  • Leverage market intelligence, customer data, telemetry data to identify opportunities and define strategies for customer usage, adoption, and retention of new experiences.
  • Develop value pillars, proof points, robust Go-To-Market strategies, launch plans and customer facing pitches to enable sales team to drive awareness and adoption of Windows Agentic platform.
  • Collect, analyze and report product and performance metrics against established Objectives and Key Results and business outcomes. Derive insights and develop growth strategies to fill gaps.
