Overview
As part of the Enterprise Commercial organization and serving as a Senior Sales Director, you are responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of Account Executives and Account Technology Strategists. Your primary objective is to drive go-to-market sales strategy and execution, ensuring success within the market by aligning with both Microsoft’s and customer/partner needs. You provide leadership and strategic direction across teams, while defining ongoing and long-term strategies for customer value realization and satisfaction that contribute to revenue growth for our IT Services, Food & Facilities management, Fintech markets business.
Leveraging your industry and market expertise, you proactively guide teams in identifying solutions and strategies that generate new opportunities in alignment with customer requirements. You lead and coach teams in developing and implementing scalable go-to-market initiatives to maximize revenue, consumption, and growth across various solution areas. By setting clear expectations, you establish approaches for teams to leverage digital and artificial intelligence transformation drivers relevant to customers and partners across business units.
You foster a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and high achievement. Additionally, you oversee business planning and alignment beyond fiscal year boundaries across segments, partners, and teams to support organizational growth and transformation. You define standards for sales execution and hold teams accountable for results, while building and maintaining an extensive executive network, including partners. This role also entails people management responsibilities such as driving employee growth and development, overseeing project execution, and managing performance.
