The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial enterprise partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.
Through our partners, Microsoft creates solutions which help companies empower their employees, engage their customers, optimize their operations, and transform their products. This opportunity will allow you to focus on Microsoft’s technology priorities and drive penetration of Cloud Solution Area workloads with our most significant partners. You will provide deep technical coaching aiding partners to develop impactful solutions and services for our customers. Leveraging your experience you will validate partners’ technology architecture, assist them to overcome technical blockers, and aid them to win early customers, and realize consumption and usage results from their solutions and services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ESI , ISV and Si's.
- Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment
- 6-10+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
TECHNICAL Qualifications :-
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Security Solutions: Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender XDR suite, Microsoft Sentinel , Microsoft Purview, Azure Security Center & Defender for Cloud
- Cloud Security Architecture: Designing and implementing security for Azure workloads, Zero Trust Architecture implementation, Multi-cloud and hybrid security strategies
- Threat Protection & Incident Response: Advanced Threat Protection design and response playbooks , Security operations (SOC) design and optimization
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2 - Microsoft Certifications : Must-have / Highly Recommended:SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst ,SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator, AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Industry-recognized Security Certifications:Must-have / Highly Recommended, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
Responsibilities
- Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technical skills
- Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons
- Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practices sharing
- Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft’s latest technologies
- Evangelism: Evangelize partners’ practices and solutions in customers’ implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions
- Tech Sales: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners’ wins and work to unblock technical issues.
