This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, cultivating a high-performing sales culture, and leading the transformation journey in a cloud-mature region. The successful candidate will be a key member of the subsidiary leadership team, contributing to our path towards realizing our vision and ambitions for Greece Cyprus Malta and for the upcoming Microsoft Data Center region.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology and Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND extensive experience in leadership/people management roles in technology sales
- or equivalent exprience.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering enterprise revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of Cloud and AI technologies, with ability to translate technical solutions into business value AND strong experience in partner ecosystem management and joint go-to-market execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-country leadership roles, ideally within Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
- Experience in multi-tiered large multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s solutions/ solution plays, sales motions and tools
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and inspire a team of 2 Sales Managers and team of 25 sellers across multiple Cloud, AI & Security based-solution areas, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Own and execute the Enterprise Solution Sales strategy for Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, driving YoY growth, cloud adoption, and AI & Agentic transformation.
- Define and implement go-to-market plans, aligning with corporate priorities and local market dynamics.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, forecast accuracy and consumption growth across Azure Cloud, AI Workforce, Security, and AI Business Solutions.
- Drives cross-organizational collaboration to achieve operational excellence and execution of the business strategy
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives across enterprise accounts, positioning Microsoft as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.
- Scale impact through partner co-selling, enablement, and joint success planning, ensuring partner readiness and alignment with Microsoft’s solution plays.
- Collaborate closely with CSU (Customer Success Unit) and ATU (Account Team Unit) to ensure seamless customer engagement and delivery.
People Leadership & Culture

- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Empower managers and sellers to achieve their career aspirations through coaching, skilling, and performance management.
