As a Senior Software Engineer in Power Automate Desktop, you will join a passionate team based in Athens, working on an application that ships with Windows. You’ll collaborate with architects and product managers to design and deliver world-class software that delights our users. You’ll test your code, ensure high quality, and contribute to a strong engineering culture that fosters efficient collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of testing practices.
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid C# skills.
- Experience with DevOps practices and agile development methodologies.
- Experience building and/or integrating business applications.
- Windows system programming using WIN32 APIs and C++.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement features for Power Automate Desktop, ensuring performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for automation scenarios.
- Write, test, debug, and refactor code to deliver high-quality software.
- Partner with architects and product managers to align on design and development goals.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring system health and resolving issues.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and patterns to improve product reliability and efficiency.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
