Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on the M365 Copilot roadmap and shiproom process, you will lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives that connect customer signal to product outcomes. You will define durable strategies and roadmaps, align senior stakeholders, shape technical approaches with engineering partners, and deliver measurable results with operational excellence. This role will help to support product teams and our business counterparts across the Copilot effort, focused on identifying and resolving our most important issues (e.g., OneList). You will partner closely with product teams across E+D, MCAPS, FastTrack, GetHelp, IDEAs, and PMG.
This role will identify and resolve high impact issues. You will translate signal into prioritized plans, align stakeholders at senior levels, and deliver programs with operational excellence. Landing the projects in this workstream requires you to deliver with operational excellence and a high, measurable bar for final delivery and impact.
