Overview

Lead a team that powers the marketplace behind Microsoft’s consumer ecosystem. We build and maintain the tools that enable third-party publishers to bring their products to millions of customers worldwide. As the Engineering Lead, you’ll guide architecture and execution for services that ensure publishers can onboard, manage, and sell their products seamlessly at global scale.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver distributed systems or large-scale services.
  • Strong coding skills in C#, C++, Java, or Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship for a team of engineers across multiple projects.
  • Define architecture and drive execution for scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
  • Collaborate with PM, design, and partner teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with marketplace goals.
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
