Overview
We are seeking a visionary Strategic Account Executive – Frontier Firm Lead to drive transformation with our most strategic customers. This role fuses traditional account leadership with the innovation mindset of a Frontier Firm Executive—someone who can guide customers through AI-powered transformation, leveraging human-agent collaboration to unlock new business value.
The ideal candidate will lead executive engagement, co-create strategic account plans, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with customer priorities. This role demands industry insight, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to scale intelligence through AI platforms and agent-led workflows, in a technical perspective.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience working in a Cloud/ AI industry and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in a Cloud/ AI industry and/or driving digital transformation OR 15+ years experience in working in a Cloud/ AI industry and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- 10+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
- This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English & Brazilian Portuguese.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 13+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Strong experience with Multi- Agent Architecture and implementation best practices.
- Strong experience in strategic account management, cloud/ AI technical environment, and in executive engagement.
- Deep understanding of AI transformation, including agent-led workflows, Copilot integration, industry-specific innovation and technical orchestration
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate complex sales motions across engineering, marketing, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage digital signals and customer insights for opportunity qualification.
- Passion for empowering customers to scale intelligence with relevance, resilience, and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead Executive Sponsor Engagement and build trusted relationships with CxOs, positioning Microsoft as a strategic partner.
- Drive AI transformation by helping customers become Frontier Firms—organizations that integrate AI agents into business processes for speed, agility, and innovation.
- Use Copilot, AI agents, and Unified support to differentiate Microsoft’s value proposition and accelerate customer outcomes.
- Identify and qualify opportunities using digital signals, co-sell motions, and solution plays.
- Establish a rhythm of business (ROB) with customer teams and partners, ensuring governance and measurable impact.
- Guide customers in building internal AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) to scale responsibly and strategically
