YOUR TEAM
As a Content Producer, you will begin your journey within the larger Expertise Center team and work more closely with the Production Management team. You will primarily focus on projects within the Cities business unit and collaborate closely with this team. The Cities team partners with real estate developers, architects, and urban planners to transform infrastructure and public spaces into immersive multimedia experiences. These projects create iconic destinations that attract visitors, enhance the experience of spaces, and generate both media coverage and economic benefits.
YOUR MISSION
Balancing planning and execution, producers ensure the smooth progression of all project phases. As a Content Producer, you will lead creative endeavors from both an operational and human perspective. You will oversee content creation and monitor project progress for the department. In your role, you will collaborate closely with the visual content team, as well as producers and directors, to manage project budgets, production schedules, team supervision, and streamline production processes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Estimation and Quotes
  • Validate the feasibility and profitability of content creation based on project needs and details;
  • Identify potential risks;
  • Propose creative and innovative production strategies in collaboration with CG supervisors;
  • Production Schedule Management
  • Develop content production schedules and ensure effective allocation of internal and external resources;
  • Team Supervision
  • Proactively manage and follow up with stakeholders;
  • Supervise production coordinators in tracking budgets and schedules;
  • Update projects and communicate any SOW changes to production;
  • Participate in talent allocation and optimization;
  • In collaboration with the Global Procurement Manager and Assignment Coordinator, identify the best external resources and subcontractors for projects;
  • Build and maintain a network within professional sectors (design, 2D/3D animation, post-production, real-time, etc.);
  • Foster knowledge sharing and communication within the team;
  • Maintain strong communication links with other departments at Moment Factory;
  • Production Process Improvement
  • Provide project advice and recommendations to enhance content creation and workload distribution; Contribute to the optimization of the content production process;
  • Participate in keeping the project portfolio and department tracking tools up to date.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • College diploma in audiovisual studies, project management, theatrical production, TV post-production, or a related field;
  • Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (you’ll communicate in English with internal and external collaborators);
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in 3D content production, VFX, and motion design;
  • Experience in multimedia production (pre-rendered, generative, real-time visual content, large-scale narrative canvases, ambient spaces, interactive/immersive environments, mixed media including VFX, 3D environments & animation, live-action, etc.);
  • Interest in new technologies and production methods;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) is an asset;
  • Knowledge of 2D, 3D, and real-time production software;
  • Experience with ShotGrid software is a plus;
  • Interest or knowledge in AI-related fields.
