We are currently seeking a highly capable IT Projects and Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to our organization, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities, including comprehensive technology project management, extensive software and hardware asset management, information organization, and meticulous financial oversight.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a diverse range of IT projects and services, with a particular focus on the complete lifecycle of software and hardware assets. Key Responsibilities:

Technology Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate a variety of IT projects, including the installation and setup of meeting room equipment and printers across various properties. Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Comprehensive Software and Hardware Asset Management:

Manage the full lifecycle of both software and hardware assets within the organization. This includes procurement, deployment, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning or replacement. Ensure accurate tracking and auditing of these assets, maintaining up-to-date records of licenses, warranties, and service agreements.

Vendor and Financial Management:

Collaborate with vendors for technology procurements and installations. Manage all financial aspects, including billing, purchasing, payments, and chargebacks. Keep detailed financial records and prepare reports for budgeting and cost analysis.

Information and Data Management:

Efficiently organize and manage digital files and documents. Utilize analytical tools such as PowerBI for data reporting, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Central IT Service Provider Support:

Act as the primary contact for IT services within the organization, offering scalable support to users. Balance technical assistance with financial insights for efficient service delivery.

Problem-Solving and Research:

Proactively identify, investigate, and solve new challenges, continuously improving IT services and processes.

Organizational Excellence:

Establish efficient processes and workflows within the IT department. Provide executive and administrative support to ensure organized operations.
