Reporting to the Associate Director, People Analytics & Insights, the Senior Associate, People Analytics & Insights will be responsible for providing data analytics and reporting support to advance our understanding of talent, diversity, engagement and culture to inform decision-making and deliver on our People Strategy.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Compiling and analyzing talent and diversity data and metrics from Workday (e.g., high potential talent pools, succession, diversity), Qualtrics, and ancillary systems as required to build and deliver reports

  • Participating in the design and delivery of analytical solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and reports to generate insights

  • Supporting our Global Employee Listening program (e.g., engagement survey, onboarding surveys, and exit survey) including results reporting and data analysis

  • Partnering with stakeholders on the creation of our key quarterly reporting deliverables including metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring etc.

  • Partnering with stakeholders (i.e., HR Technology, HRBPs, Executives) to resolve data issues and recommending preventative solutions

  • Leading projects to streamline and automate HR reporting requests

  • Researching external trends and relevant industry benchmarks

  • Providing relevant data and insights to business leaders and HR partners as required

  • Ensuring a high degree of data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and partnering with stakeholders to resolve data issues and recommending preventative solutions

  • Creating and maintaining HR reporting procedures documentation, to standardize and streamline metrics across HR

  • Participating in special projects and initiatives where people analytics support is required

  • Upskilling team members and stakeholders on data analytics and data visualizations

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in reporting and analytics

  • Strong MS Office skills, including advanced level Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to create executive-level presentations in PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written)

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, analytical, reliable, pro-active, and resourceful

  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams

  • Ability to synthesize trends and patterns from large amounts of data to key insights

  • Due to the sensitive nature of data, the ability to manage highly confidential information

  • Workday HCM and Qualtrics functional experience considered an asset

  • Experience with R and/or PowerBI considered an asset
