What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic Lean Agile Center of Excellence as a key member to drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across our organization to achieve the benefits of faster time to market, increases to productivity, improvements in quality and happier, more engaged Employees. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. You will work closely with teams at all levels, from executive leadership to individual contributors, to cultivate Agile principles and practices that enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.

What will you do?

•Champion and support the Agile transformation journey across the organization, ensuring alignment between the business strategy and execution

•Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to promote Lean Agile principles and drive cultural change

•Prepare the team and lead them through Program Increment (PI) Planning, execution of the PI and Inspect and Adapt and teach them how to conduct the session themselves

•Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions to build Agile capability and maturity within teams, while helping them understand why they are doing it

•Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Agile maturity and effectiveness

•Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and feedback while analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly

•Support organizational change initiatives related to Agile transformation

•Address resistance to change and facilitate smooth adoption of Agile methodologies

What will you need to succeed?

•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Lean principles and as an Agile Coach in a large-scale Agile transformation environment

•Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks

•Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) , SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are preferred

•Knowledgeable on OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

•Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
