Job Description
What is the opportunity?
As member of the Access Control Group, you will be responsible to monitor, analyze and report on Data Loss incidents), and Restricted Web Exceptions (RWA). Secondary to the role, assist with Logical Access Management to ensure compliance with Logical Access Security Standards (LASS) through periodic application access attestations. Coordinating with Data Owners, Stewards, and Application Custodians across the full inventory to complete timely and accurate access reviews based on LASS policy and ISAE3402 audit control standards. Support initiatives designed to deliver a scalable and enhanced access management model, with improved governance and reporting of management information to senior risk owners.
What will you do?
- Engage with stakeholders to obtain the necessary information to assess Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents properly and determine course of action
- Analyze, manage, and report on Restricted Web Access Exceptions and support related projects/activities
- Support the identity access management process including periodic attestation campaigns and ensure 100% completeness and timeliness
- Participate in developing and implementing risk management reports and processes to support efforts to mitigate risks across multiple business lines
- Support and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, internal/external audit controls and LASS requirements across the team
- Communicate and implement changes resulting from policy/standard updates pertaining as required
- Support and deliver all issue and action remediation relating to any risk, audit or compliance findings, management or operational events corresponding to application user access rights, profiles, reviews, or provisioning
- Assess organizational change impacts to people, processes, and systems, and support the adherence to RBC policies
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- +2 years relevant experience working with business and technology stakeholders in Enterprise Identity Access Management and/or Risk domains
- Conceptual thinker with a structured and methodical approach to problem identification and resolution
- Ability to independently organize and manage work, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate results and recommendations to senior management in a concise manner
- Ability to plan, conduct and follow-up on stakeholder interviews in an efficient manner
Nice to Have
- Awareness of IT Standards, Methodologies, audit requirements
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint / Excel / Visio / Tableau
- Change management or project experience
- Preferred: Professional Qualification (e.g., CA, CFA, or MBA)
