What is the opportunity?
The primary purpose of this role is to provide proactive case management including day to day case management activities as outlined in Case Coordinator administrative procedures, respond to case specific inquiries and general new business administrative inquiries.
What will you do?
• Act as the primary contact for external Account Administrators/Field Sales partners throughout the New Business and underwriting process via one on one relationship, Round Robin assignment and by ensuring issues, questions and status inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately within defined SLA. The Case Coordinator is responsible for setting and managing client expectations
• Provide pro-active communications to the appropriate MGA Administrator, account contact or Field Sales contact detailing the status of all requirement activity that has occurred to date as outlined in the NBO Case Coordinator administrative procedures
• Provide recommendations to MGA Administrator, Account contact or Field Sales contact to assist in receiving requirements in a timely manner if applicable
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external partners.
• High degree of professionalism coupled with the ability to handle pressure is a necessity
• Provide quality and effective communication to all clients
• Act on accountabilities
What will you need to succeed?
Must have:
• Minimum 3 years New Business or relative experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to proactively manage a high volume caseload
• Ability to work with multiple systems
Nice to have:
• LOMA, ACS
• College graduate
