What is the opportunity?

The Manager of Data Quality for Wealth Management is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive data quality program that ensures the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across the organization. This role drives the design and implementation of scalable data quality frameworks, monitoring solutions, and remediation processes that align with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards. By partnering across business, technology, legal, and compliance functions, the manager embeds quality controls into data pipelines and operations, enabling trusted data for decision-making and strategic execution. Leveraging advanced technologies—including AI and Machine Learning—the role also focuses on automating anomaly detection, enhancing issue prediction, and optimizing business processes. Ultimately, this position champions a culture of data excellence, governance, and continuous improvement to support the evolving needs of Wealth Management

What will you do?

  • Establish and Lead Data Quality Framework: Design and implement the foundational data quality strategy, policies, and standards tailored to Wealth Management, aligning with enterprise data principles and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop Data Quality Monitoring and Reporting: Build scalable processes and tools to monitor, measure, and report on key data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency) using platforms like SQL, Tableau, and data observability tools.

  • Drive Data Quality Issue Management and Remediation: Conduct root cause analysis, lead remediation efforts, and embed proactive controls in business and technology processes to ensure sustainable data quality improvements

  • Enable Data Governance and Stewardship: Define and support data stewardship and ownership models, enforce data governance policies, and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.

  • Support Process Optimization with a Data Lens: Use clean, trusted data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, enabling redesign of key business processes for improved operational performance.

  • Communicate Data Quality Insights: Deliver dashboards, executive briefings, and reporting that clearly articulate data quality health, business impact, and progress against KPIs.

  • Advance Innovation Through AI and ML Integration:Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI and Machine Learning into data quality practices—enhancing automation, scalability, and predictive capabilities across the data lifecycle.

Must haves:

  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation

  • Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend)

  • BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI

  • Familiarity with cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)

  • Sound understanding of AI/ML applied to data quality
