Manages all aspects of administrative support functions for large or multiple offices or departments. Manager with HR responsibility. Typically manages and oversees supervisors and/or hourly/professional jobs and responsible for setting the overall direction for employees.

Job Description

Responsible for the ownership of journal entry processing, Accounts Receivable and Vendor Master processing. The role also serves as the first point of escalation for business partners/business units for problem resolution, both for journal entry processing, accounts receivable and vendor master.

Acts as Journal Entry, AR and VM COE Expert for client and partner issues, ensuring identification of continuous improvement opportunities, development of action plans and solutions through established metrics and reporting processes
