What is the opportunity?
As Director, Business Credit Cards, Portfolio Performance & Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that improve and protect the performance of the Business Credit Card portfolio. You will use business agility to constantly monitor portfolio performance, adjust strategies and develop creative approaches that will create excitement for prospects and clients.
What will you do?
Utilize data, market and client insights to develop, execute and manage a portfolio performance strategy
Use agile practices to test strategies and select the best performing approaches for our channels and clients
Monitor social/economic conditions and utilize business agility practices to modify strategies that will ensure performance of the small business credit card portfolio
Maintain and act as centre of governance for all marketing and client facing materials
Collaborate with product owners to ensure we have the right products in market to excite prospects and clients that will ultimately enable our ability to deliver on portfolio growth targets
Collaborate with partners to develop and implement a Digital first strategy that maximizes the client experience and performance of our client engagement channels
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Experience in sales or sales support in the Small and Mid-market client segments
Knowledge and experience in small business credit cards
Deep financial acumen in banking with an understanding of the credit card business financials
Data analysis and business case development
Understanding of Credit in Small Business clients
Experience in strategy development
Four-year University Degree
Nice-to-have:
Branch/RM enablement
Project Management
Knowledge of/exposure to lines of business
Experience with business agility practices
University degree in Business/Economics (or similar)
Marketing experience
