Senior IT Manager

Job Summary
This particular role will support the immediate team with ensuring: 1) ongoing support to our application in which the business relies on for their regulatory submission of reports to the Federal Reserve as part of their Comprehensive Capital and Analysis Review (CCAR) exercise, 2) independently manage projects for the immediate group (USCRO) and potentially the wider group (e.g. Combined US Operations, GFT), 3) Various ad hoc requests which may include audit, finance, and IT compliance inquiries.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Drive project deliverables by working with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolve team roadblocks, and manage team priorities to ensure project success.
- Proactively manages entire projects and ensure any risks/issues to the achievement of these benefits are resolved or as required, be escalated to the sponsor and/or business owner
- Provide regular project status reporting by independently working closely with technology staff from various functions to gather necessary information. Compile and organize data into required format, and where necessary assist with creation of new reports
- Help manage the ongoing Book of Work as part of the Change Management / Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, and work with Software Development and Quality Assurance teams.
- Host various regular and ad hoc meetings with internal and business teams
- Perform Stakeholder Management by facilitating between business, RTB, CTB, QA, PCO teams, as well as resources from third party Vendor in areas such as incident management, change management, and project financial management
- Developing and maintaining documents for IT applications and system specifications, according to existing enterprise standards and methodologies for requirements planning, analysis and documentation.
- Participates in activities required to establish new business processes, and helps team with facilitating the adoption of new technologies to existing business processes.
- Assist the team with ad hoc tasks, as required to ensure the continued IT support of business's regulatory reporting submissions and compliance are successful.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- Minimum 5+ years in complex project management roles/experience.
- Proficient in MS Word - Excel (Pivot, filtering, sumif, formulas across multiple worksheets), and PowerPoint Design.
- Experience with stakeholder management and working with cross functional teams
- Written and verbal skills and the ability to converse with various levels of the hierarchy
- Ability to handle multiple requests and be able to prioritize competing tasks as required
Nice to Have:
- Programming Languages
- Knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Python, .NET and SQL experience
