The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Kelowna is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our past-paced and supporting team to deliver concierge level service for a successful Chairman Council Advisory team and their valued clients.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and thoughtful. You will be central to ensuring our advisor and team are fully supported, our clients feel cared for at every touchpoint, and our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and initiative will make you indispensable in this role.
Job Description
What will you do?
- Act as the right hand to an RBCDS Senior Portfolio Manager: manage inboxes, filter requests, coordinate meetings, and ensure the day runs seamlessly.
- Greet and host clients with warmth and professionalism; prepare meeting rooms and client materials.
- Manage calendars and anticipate team needs around scheduling, meetings, and client flow.
- Organize thoughtful client touchpoints: gifts, cards, milestone celebrations, event planning.
- Assist in formatting client communications, presentations, and internal memos.
- Partner with our Marketing Assistant on social media, website updates, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support our charitable outreach and community initiatives.
- Provide responsive, solutions-focused support to client requests (reporting, documentation, follow-ups, etc.).
- Collaborate on client onboarding and engagement processes to ensure a best-in-class experience.
- Back up administrative support to our wider team when needed.
What do you bring to the role?
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support role.
- Polished interpersonal skills with a warm, professional, and proactive demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, handle sensitive information, and solve complex issues calmly and efficiently.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry (ideally 2+ years).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.

The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
