Job Description
What will you do?
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the AI program, managing a portfolio of projects delivery and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders across data, technology, and business teams to align on priorities and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and budgets for tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish and manage reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program performance, financials, and risks.
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving a culture of high performance.
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize project delivery and adapt to changing business needs.
- Mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
- Implement best practices for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, including executive-level decks and presentations. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce go-to-market cycles and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of tools and practices that optimize the delivery of AI products and services.
What you need to succeed?
Must have’s:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, agile delivery, and scrum master roles with a focus on leading agile projects in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Experience working with alternative data sources and technologies is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering senior management decks and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
