What is the opportunity?

An exciting opportunity that will offer broad exposure to the digital investments industry. Working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment, you will help set the strategic direction for the Direct Investing and InvestEase businesses. You will monitor competitive developments, industry trends and the latest innovations in the space to provide thought leadership and deep insight to the Direct Investing and InvestEase leadership team. You will also be responsible for telling the business’s story within the organization, helping to articulate strategy to senior executives, partners and the broader Direct Investing and InvestEase team.

What will you do?

  • Conduct in-depth research into client behaviors and preferences, key business issues and emerging trends

  • Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with the goal of highlighting key business successes, challenges and surfacing executive decision points

  • Assist in target setting and development of key business imperatives and prioritization exercises

  • Maintain a current understanding of key industry trends and themes, with a focus on competitive forces

  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • Undergraduate degree, plus 10 years of relevant experience in a strategic role in a large matrixed organization

  • Strong understanding of digital advice platforms, robo-advisors, and emerging trends in WealthTech.

  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving business growth through digital channels.

  • Experience leading complex projects, from concept to execution, in a cross-functional environment.

  • Experience synthesizing large amounts of information into clear materials for executive consumption

  • Ability to think like a customer and simplify complex concepts

  • Comfort with financial analysis, unit economics and P&L management

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organization
