What is the opportunity?
Based in London or Jersey, Channel islands (Jersey weekly working hours 36.25) the Senior Officer, Business Enablement 12 Month contract/secondment will support priorities related to employee engagement, communications, and marketing.
You will support the partnering with line of businesses and product groups as well as HR, Communications and Marketing, to drive a consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delights employees and supports an elevated client experience.
What will you do?
Support employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees, and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.
Support the implementation of employee engagement priorities and strategy.
Undertake the execution of agreed foundational activities include technical training coordination, providing a consistent staff joiner / leaver / transfer experience and support the Business Enablement Managers and Associates with business level Townhall delivery.
Support the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategy, preparing and sending employee communications. Ensure alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications.
Support the Business Enablement managers in the delivery of localised marketing initiatives and events.
Support with product line tracking, maintains authorised signatory lists and legal entity licensing requirements.

Experience in Financial Services or related discipline (Project Management, Communications, Marketing)
Agile thinking skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Competent / strong IT skills.
Good organisational and time management.
Team player.
Nice-to-have

Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent
