Job Summary

As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Governance, you play a key role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the T&O Operating Committee (T&O OC) in accordance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices. In this role you will lead the governance and business enablement for the weekly T&O OC operating model, partnering with key stakeholders to identify and drive new transformational ideas, opportunities, and concepts within the Transformation & COO Office (“TCOO”)

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Support the development, evolution, and maintenance of the T&O OC governance system

  • Lead governance and coordination for weekly T&O OC meetings and offsites, which includes (but is not limited to): forward planning, setting agendas, coordinating presenters, consolidating presentation materials, proactively tracking and following up on action items, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions

  • Ensure timely distribution of materials to the T&O OC and Group Head, T&O

  • Manage and coordinate IT risk meetings for the OC

  • Participate in and support major T&O initiatives, such as QBR, strategy refreshes, Investor Day, and other key events and projects that drive TCOO's strategic objectives

  • Manage the governance for the monthly meeting between T&O OC & GE members, including identifying key topics and priorities, and working with teams to develop materials and presentations to support their discussion

  • Identify trends and translate into sustainable strategic insights and recommendations to support the TCOO Senior Leadership Team

  • Engage in special projects or initiatives to drive TCOO’s strategic objectives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of materials presented to the OC, by providing actionable feedback and suggestions for improvement

What do you need to succeed? Must have:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in business, project management or related fields.

  • Self-starter, highly flexible, and detail-oriented, with ability to cope with changing priorities and multi-task under tight deadlines

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Nice to have:

  • A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with experience delivering presentations to large audiences and senior leaders
