What is the opportunity?

The Wealth Management Digital team creates innovative digital products, services, and experiences. We are strategic thinkers, and problem solvers with a strong digital focus. We approach problems with curiosity and empathy. We are a strategy, research, design, data analysis, and development community aligned on enhancing our Investment Advisor and Client digital experiences.

The Product Enablement Team will drive delivery through the teams, directing digital pilots and research involved in pilots, also the “go-to-market” strategy, from supporting product strategy conception to informing and guiding launch communications and Advisor training programs, and finally post-launch analytic measurement/monitoring.

We are seeking a manager to support the Product Enablement team in guiding cross-functional teams to define and solve complex business problems, understand and advocate for user’s needs and drive delivery teams towards successful and timely digital outcomes.

The WMC Product Enablement team is instrumental in supporting the successful delivery of products, starting from product strategy and driving through the design and delivery process to execution, launch plans and on-going relationship building, and communication with our Advisors.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with Product Enablement Senior Managers and product owners/managers to support the refinement of product strategies.

  • Work closely with our communications and training partners to direct our go to market strategies for each launch.

  • Partner with product owners to drive the development of product plans, team formation, kick off materials, on-going working sessions, and briefings of team members throughout the research, design, and development process.

  • Work with support from senior Product Enablement team members to manage smaller components of strategic projects.

  • Work closely with your product support partners: research, design, and change management to engage them in the team and end-to-end process.

  • Support product managers to refine their product strategy, including the planning, and preparation for delivery team set-up.

  • Support product managers to deliver all necessary requirements for the team initiation.

  • Learn product management best practices, and support product managers on process, where required

  • Manage, with support from senior team members, ongoing design and development team/process and delivery schedule.

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • Strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Collaborative working style focused on building relationships, with strong communication skills and active listener,

  • Interest in all areas in the end-to-end development process, and enjoys a generalist approach

  • Relevant work experience in consulting, design strategy, product development, research and/or digital design delivery preferred.

  • Ability to use Microsoft, particularly power-point / excel, mural

Nice-to-have:

  • Figma, Asana

  • Financial knowledge
