Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Job Description
The Lead Product Manager will develop existing and new product roadmaps for technology products, platforms and services. They will manage and drive overall product development informed by Enterprise Architecture strategy and inputs from stakeholders and technical SMEs.
What will you do?
Strategic Contribution & Roadmap Development:
Own and develop the architecture product and platform vision and roadmaps with phased in advances across suite of product offerings (i.e. APM, certification technologies and RBC Architecture Centre). Translate architecture strategy and target-state into product capabilities, features and offerings for users of architectural tools including, architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
Run discovery with internal users (business, domain and functional architects as well as delivery and operations leads) to understand user needs and pain points in architecture governance, decisioning and portfolio management.
Execution Leadership:
Actively engage and manage delivery pipeline and releases to ensure roadmap alignment, including the maintenance of a communication/release strategy, to drive delivery of products and services with efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business priorities and end user needs.
Analyze usage data, portfolio data and incident/problem trends to refine EA capabilities and identify automation or standardization opportunities, input into refinements of dashboards and build new dashboards as required to manage usage and adoption.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Represent EA in forums such as architecture review boards, portfolio councils, special interest groups. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration patterns between platforms, utilizing reference architectures and aligned to architecture strategy.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and other groups to embed EA capabilities into pipelines and governance processes. Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements for new EA dashboards, reports and workflows in collaboration with delivery and governance teams.
Performance Tracking:
Define and refine appropriate KPIs and OKRs to track architecture products, including adoption, reuse, certification review cycles, ensure data dictionary is up to date and metrics are reproduced from data on a monthly basis. Where require generate ad hoc reports
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer science, Engineering or Business with 7+ years of technical leadership/product management experience.
5+ years of recent financial services or fintech experience.
Excellent understanding of Architectural and technology concepts.
Strong collaboration skills with design, data, and engineering team.
Strong bias to action and delivery, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-have:
3+ years of experience working in IT Governance, Risk or Compliance functions
Marketing experience
Digital decision experience
