What is the opportunity?
An RBC Dominion Securities team located in Sudbury is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to join their fast-growing team! You will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor and his Advisory Team run smoothly.
What will you do?
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor.
- Complete administrative tasks to help the Investment Advisory team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, preparing for client meetings and ensuring scheduling is up to date.
- Call clients to schedule appointments, book travel and organize travel logistics; provide meeting support and act as a liaison between the Advisory Team.
- Assist in booking and planning client and partner events
- Help manage incoming communications from team members, advisors, and external partners.
- Provide daily updates and bring important matters to the Advisory Team in a timely manner.
- Organize and attend team meetings, document and disperse undertakings
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Strong organizational skills are an asset
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an Office environment
- A strong aptitude with MS Office products, namely Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong multi-tasking skills, problem solving and ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced industry
Nice-to-have
- Post-Secondary Education
- Experience in the Financial and/or Investment Industry
