What is the opportunity?

Capital Markets Data AI and Research Technology (DART) team is looking to hire a hands-on AI Engineer to build AI powered solutions for Investment Banking, Research and Global Markets.

What will you do?

• Build agents (RAG and Otherwise) and MCP Servers leveraging enterprise and alternative data to help capital markets Research, Banking, Sales and Trading.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to ensure that built solutions are scalable and align with Architecture guidelines, Security standards and business requirements.
• Expected to code 90% of the time

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong development skills in Python
• In depth knowledge of Algorithms, Data Structures, Machine Learning and distributed computing
• Adept at applying software engineering principles to create secure, high performance, scalable and maintainable applications.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable AI Driven software systems.
• Solid understanding of agentic frameworks and proven experience in building LLM powered agents.
• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Proficiency in CI/CD principles, version control and best practices for deploying AI workloads to production.
